By accessing this website and booking services with Shine Bright Auto Detailing LLC (“Shine Bright Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Acceptance of Terms & Customer Acknowledgement
Customer hereby acknowledges that Customer has read and fully understands the following terms and conditions which shall be deemed a binding part of Customer’s contract with Shine Bright Detailing for services. Customer further acknowledges that these terms and conditions are a material inducement for Shine Bright Detailing’s agreement to enter into a contract with Customer for said services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
– A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or denied access to the vehicle may result in a cancellation fee of $50. If a cancellation is requested due to the weather, it must be done so within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
– A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling due to any reason. A rescheduling fee of $25 may be applied for each reschedule.
– Shine Bright Detailing shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including weather, accidents, equipment failure, or acts of God.
Bookings, Payments & Billing Policies
– Appointments are scheduled through a third-party booking platform (Urable). By booking through our website, you may also be subject to Urable’s terms and policies.
– All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Shine Bright Detailing does not store or retain your payment information unless customer opts in to saving payment information within the payment processor.
– Payments must be made within 3 days of job completion or will be subject to a 10% late fee.
– Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Shine Bright Detailing to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of future service and recovery of associated fees.
Maintenance Plans
– All maintenance plans require a full-service initial detail prior to enrollment.
– The vehicle must remain in a condition that meets our maintenance standards. If the vehicle falls out of our standards during the duration of the maintenance cleanings, additional charges may apply or a full-service detail may be required.
– Customers are responsible for scheduling their appointments within a reasonable timeframe of their plan frequency. If a vehicle is not serviced within a reasonable timeframe, Shine Bright Detailing reserves the right to charge additional fees or restart from the initial full-service cleaning.
– Maintenance plans are offered only on a monthly basis, unless we have installed a ceramic coating to the vehicle, then a quarterly option may apply.
– Maintenance cleanings include a level 1 interior and level 1 exterior detail.
– All cancellation and rescheduling fees apply the same as ordinary service as stated in the terms and agreements.
– Customers may cancel the maintenance plan at a time; however pre-payments are non-refundable.
– Shine Bright is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
– Maintenance plan are priced according to the following guidelines:
o Small Vehicles – $180/mo, $2000 when paid for in advance
o Midsize Vehicles – $200/mo, $2200 when paid for in advance
o Large Vehicles – $220/mo, $2400 when paid for in advance
– By enrolling in a Maintenance Plan, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions may apply to every maintenance detail following enrollment.
Customer Responsibilities
– By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate vehicle and location information and ensure safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the vehicle
– All personal belongings, money, or valuables must be removed from the vehicle prior to service. Shine Bright Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle. Shine Bright Detailing will collect any personal items found in the vehicle and place them back in a plastic bag.
– Shine Bright Detailing is not responsible for parking citations, towing, or property violations incurred due to customer-provided service locations.
Vehicle Condition, Service Limitations, & Additional Fees
– Detailing is a cosmetic service, not a repair service. Shine Bright Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, fading, oxidation, interior wear, stains, odors, electrical issues, or mechanical problems.
– Some imperfections may become more noticeable after cleaning. While we aim for high-quality results, no guarantee is made that all stains, defects, or odors can be fully removed.
– Excessive pet hair, sand, or embedded debris may require additional labor and may not be fully removable.
– Excessive vehicle conditions, weather conditions, and failure to remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service may result in additional fees. Glove box and center console will only be cleaned if they are 80% empty.
– Vehicles containing biohazards (including but not limited to bodily fluids, mold, insects, rodents, or hazardous waste) may be refused or subject to additional fees at our discretion.
– The service location must provide adequate space and safe working conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
– Mobile services are subject to weather and environmental conditions. Services may be delayed or rescheduled to protect service quality and safety.
Satisfaction & Workmanship Guarantee
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. If customer fails to raise any concerns within this time, the service is considered completed and accepted. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and address reasonable concerns at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed, however additional service time may be allotted if results do not meet customer expectations and the concern is raised within the stated time period.
Authorization to Operate Vehicle & Media Permissions
– Customer grants permission for Shine Bright Detailing to photograph or record the vehicle before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to service.
– Customer authorizes Shine Bright Detailing to operate and move the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform services, including repositioning for safety or access.
Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans require an initial full-service detail. If a vehicle is not serviced within a reasonable timeframe based on the selected maintenance schedule, discounted pricing may be forfeited and a full detail may be required to re-enroll.
